Who does this guy sound like? Its driving me crazy!!

I am currently working thru the AZ licsense classes via online daily for 2 hrs at end of day, as I have a fulltime career and family to run during the day. (I am getting license on the side.) This course feels like 4 semesters of college crammed into a 6 month period they allow. Also I have 30 pages of vocab, which beyond what I expected. I do like your advise you gave in your videos of taking 2 months off to study same time each day. I plan do to that and also take practice exam many times until pass multiple times. Any tips, advise or pointers for a person in my position?

I work as a Security Guard for a property management company here in San Diego California (the company I work for was hired by this management company), and seeing how they conduct business and manage so many different contracts and tenants it has inspired me to become a property manager myself! It really does seem fun and exciting but I know that in order to make it to the big leagues I must start small first and I'm totally excited, so thanks so much for this video! Hi, quick question.. does tenancy in common only apply to corporations/ partnerships? Since everyone owns a different percentage and can sell their part to a new member. Since it has no right of survivorship does the partnership never ends? If that makes sense ☺️
